Submission Guidelines

Ensure submissions are compatible with PDF and Adobe Reader. Use the provided [paper template (latex)] or [paper template (word)]. Non-compliance may lead to rejection. Non-compliance may lead to rejection. Full Paper and short Paper Submissions must be anonymous for review.

(Full Paper - Anonymous submission):
The main body should be at least 12 pages (in Springer CCIS proceeding format), including the bibliography and appendices. The bibliography and appendices have no length limit at submission but are optional for reviewers. Appendices should provide supplementary information; the main paper must be self-contained.

(Experience Papers):
Authors of work previously published in leading venues are invited to submit a concise summary 1 to 2 pages that emphasizes key contributions and insights of the original publication along with their recent experience and update

(Short Papers - Anonymous submission):
Authors whose contributions do not warrant a full-length paper are encouraged to submit a short paper of up to six (6) pages (in Springer CCIS proceeding format). Accepted short papers will be included in the proceedings as part of the Short Paper Session.

Please note that the conference will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person and online participation. Additionally, presentations and submissions are permitted to be made online.
